It is the firm belief of The Church at Gardendale that our Lord, Jesus Christ has given us a command to carry the gospel message to the world.
The commitment of our church is to find and support the work of missionaries that are indeed bringing the message of Jesus Christ to the United States and different parts of the world.
Our support of foreign missions may take on the form of financial assistance (monthly financial support), personal assistance (individuals that can go and labor on the missions field temporarily) and resource materials (literature, training aides, building materials, etc.)
As our commitment and vision toward foreign missions continues to grow and develop, it is our desire not only to find and support foreign missionaries, but raise up missionaries within our own church to send out and financially support them, and to stand behind them as an extension of this church
As these goals are met, we indeed fulfill the words of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ when He said, "Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Song and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you."
